The National Center for Environmental Justice completes the Second Phase of the workshop “Pleading procedures in environmental cases for lawyers”
The National Center for Environmental Justice is completing a workshop entitled “Procedures for pleading environmental cases before the designated Jordanian courts (Lawyers Round / Second Phase), as part of the project “Administrative Structuring of the Environmental Justice Sector in Jordan” project, which is organized by the National Center for Environmental Justice NCEJ with the support of the French Embassy.
The workshop was launched in its first session, titled National Environmental Legislative and Judicial Policy, and its Compatibility with International Standards, which was presented by Dr. Mustafa Khasawneh.
