\u201cOpportunities and Challenges for Provincial Councils in the Central Region\u201d concluded today, and it targeted the Capital Governorate, while tomorrow\u2019s session will be completed by targeting the governorates of Balqa and Madaba, as part of the project \u201cStrengthening Environmental Governance Frameworks in Local Administration Programs for the Central Region Governorates in
